Paying an application fee submits your application. That happens immediately — your application moves out of the unpaid state as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, usually within seconds.

You will receive, by email, at the address you verified when creating your account:

• A confirmation and a GST invoice for the fee, available immediately in your account under Invoices.
• An interview invitation, if your application is shortlisted.
• The outcome of your application, whether or not it is successful.

Everything above is delivered to your email address and is also visible when you sign in to your candidate account. Nothing is posted, couriered or physically dispatched.

Royal Sense Limited distributes pharmaceutical and healthcare products, but not through this website. There is no online store and no checkout for goods here. Product supply is arranged directly with hospitals, distributors and institutional buyers under separate commercial terms, and delivery is governed by those agreements rather than by this policy.

If you have paid and your application does not appear in your account, or you have not received your invoice, check your spam folder first — then write to [email protected] with your application reference. We respond within 3 working days.

If you were charged and no application was created, that is a billing error on our side and the money is returned. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
